I bought a 2005 Turtle Top Van Terra this summer (looks like this)…
…and I am converting into a adventure vehicle to support my outdoor habits (sea kayaking, snowboarding, backpacking, SUPaddleboarding, road biking, mountain biking… yes, all of this stuff will be carried, depending on season).
I am a woodworker hobbyist (30 years) with an engineering background, so this thing better be awesome when I am done.
This is my “trial project” as I plan to do this a second time, when I hope to have everything dialed in.
